Info on Lily-Anne
Lily is in the Henan Province sponsored by Love Without Boundaries through the XinXiang Social Welfare Institution.  She was born on September 22, 2008.  We will meet her in the capital city of Zhengzhou, Henan. First, we will fly into Beijing, get acclimated to China and the time, tour a couple of days, travel to Henan and then to Guangzhou to finalize the adoption.
